Jeanette possesses the ability to develop a functional and creative space while meeting the client’s needs and applying fresh ideas, with textural and organic materials, as well as a keen sense of color.
She has worked on several residential projects that include complete involvement in all phases from budgeting, construction decisions, selection of finish materials and supervising sub-contractors.
For her hospitality projects she wears many hats as designer and/or project manager and has a broad understanding of hotel management needs and the level desired for the finish product. As a project manager she is involved in construction progress, scheduling and value engineering; FF&E (furnishings, fixtures & equipment) budgeting, expediting, transportation and on-site installation of such; product development, functionality and durability; safety, fire & access requirements; and assistance with brand development.
